We provide a detailed report of your roof that helps you estimate project costs and scope of work without any sales pressure. One inspection report will provide you more knowledge about your project than 10 salespeople. Knowledge is leverage and when dealing with a project as big as a new roof you will want leverage on your side.
Step 1): Reach out to us via call, text, or email, and we'll schedule an appointment with one our state-licensed home inspectors
Step 2): We come to your residence and visually inspect the roof. We gather details about the type&size of roof, materials needed for the project, material cost, we take photos and document everything for your report.
Step 3): We forward our report to 3 roofing contractors of your choice from our network of local contractors. You can also forward the PDF formatted report to any other contractor you'd like. One of our reports can get you countless estimates just by emailing it to as many contractors as you please. One inspection is all you need.
Step 4) Choose your roofer. Once we forward our report to several roofing contractors they will review the data and quote the job. This allows you to compare apple to apples. all quotes will come from the same report so all the contractor will need to do is provide the labor cost, and company profit.
Step 5) Once your roof has been installed and successfully passed inspection, we will return to conduct a wind mitigation assessment report. This important report can assist you in qualifying for discounts on your insurance premium, potentially saving you.
